Dear friends!
Another year has passed, and I’m sitting here reflecting on the last year. While the world seems to be getting crazier and crazier, not much has changed for me personally. And I mean that in a positive way. For me, the last year was actually a good one.
At the same time, however, it was also a year that was not easy for everyone around me. That naturally concerned me greatly. So I hope for all of us that the new year will bring many wonderful moments again.
My personal highlight this year was definitely the short trip to the USA. Even though Mark would much rather be in Munich, the week we spent together in California was simply wonderful. You don’t plan something like that far in advance, but that makes it stay in your heart all the longer.
I have made a resolution for the coming year, even though I rarely do so. Because I haven’t seen some of you this year, or have seen you far too rarely, I really want to change that in the new year. I would like to see you more often, spend more time with you, and do more things together again. I hope you feel like joining me in this resolution, and I would be very happy if you did.
Of course, my little Christmas tradition includes my musical review of the year in the form of two playlists. This time, they are not quite as calm and relaxed as in previous years. Maybe that’s because of how the world feels right now. But maybe the playlists will inspire some of you to have a spontaneous kitchen rave or go to a punk concert. I can definitely recommend both.
Finally, I wish you and your loved ones a wonderful and relaxing Christmas. And after that, a good start to the new year—filled with nothing but wonderful moments. Maybe even together.
All my love

If you would like to listen to the playlists from previous years again, you can find them all in the music section of my website.
